Diese Enumeration wird von TextBox.ScrollBars verwendet.

Bildlaufleisten werden nicht von allen Steuerelementen unterstützt. Mit dieser Enumeration können Sie angeben, welche Bildlaufleisten unter welchen Voraussetzungen in einem Steuerelement sichtbar sind.
