Adds a new session to the UII desktop

Syntax

    Guid sessionId

Parameters

• name
  Type: System.String

  Specifies the name for the session, usually the customer's name.

• callId
  Type: System.Int32

  Specifies the call ID, -1 if no call

• customer
  Type: System.Object

  Specifies the customer object to attach to the session.

• sessionId
  Type: System.Guid

  Specifies the session ID to allow clients to specify the session ID explicitly.

Return Value

Type: Microsoft.Uii.Csr.Session

The new session object.
