  Specifies the call reference ID

• ctiDesktopManager
  Type: System.String

  Specifies the name of the CtiDesktopManagercontrol that emitted the request

  Specifies the type of call.

  Type: System.String

  Specifies the ANI of the call.

• dins
  Specifies the DINS of the call
