IServiceLocationDescriptor::GetElementPID method (atscpsipparser.h)

Gets the program ID (PID) that identifies an elementary stream from an Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) Service Location Descriptor.

Syntax

HRESULT GetElementPID(
  [in]  BYTE bIndex,
  [out] WORD *pwVal
);

Parameters

[in] bIndex

Specifies the elementary stream, indexed from zero. Call the IServiceLocationDescriptor::GetNumberOfElements method to get the number of elementary streams in the descriptor.

[out] pwVal

Receives the PID value for the elementary stream.

Return value

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
