The Notes property contains the notes for this virtual network.

This property is read/write.

Name	Meaning
S_OK	The operation was successful.
E_POINTER	The virtualNetworkName parameter is NULL.
E_INVALIDARG	The virtualNetworkName parameter is an empty string.
DISP_E_EXCEPTION	An unexpected error has occurred.
