image.width property

Gets or sets the width of the g:image element.

This property is read/write.

Syntax

iwidth = image.width
image.width = iwidth

Property value

An Integer that specifies or receives the width, in pixels, to scale the target element.

Remarks

[!Caution]
Other than g:background, avoid images that render to the absolute edges of a gadget. In high-DPI, rounding errors can cause a magenta fringe around the border of the gadget.

Examples

The following example demonstrates how to set the width of the g:image element from a gadget script file.

\\ imgBackground is the value of the 'id' attribute for the g:background element.
var imgWidth = imgBackground.addImageObject(file, intX, intY);
imgWidth.width = 50;
