I have been facing this issue for over a year now. Every time I try to schedule any Microsoft certification exam, I receive the following error message:

“Unexpected error. We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. If this issue continues, please contact site support.”

I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps from my end, including using different devices, clearing cache and browsing history, and attempting to book the exam in incognito mode. Unfortunately, none of these solutions worked. I also tried reaching out to the help desk, and I posted in the community, as well, but the issue remains unresolved.

Due to this, I am unable to schedule or proceed with any Microsoft certification exams. I request your support to help resolve this issue at the earliest.

Please also try general browser troubleshooting:

    • Try using an InPrivate (Incognito) window.
    • Delete all cookies, cache, and browsing history for the entire period.
    • If you are using browser extensions, temporarily disable them.
    • Try using a different browser.
    • If you are using any security applications other than Defender, uninstall them.
    • If possible, change the internet connection you are using (e.g., from home LAN to mobile network).
