So suddenly, My windows defender UI got black, AV apps were responding so i restarted in safe mode where i found that nothing is wrong, I installed an app called "System Informer" and this happened after it, so i restarted again and tried to Reset SecHealth UI from powershell but then it said the path does not exist, so i checked the folder and Microsoft.Windows.SecHealthUI wasnt there which it should be.

I ran an offline test, as the defender was working again randomly but i think some of my files are corrupt and then my Google Accounts got signed out, I signed into the accounts i know and my password was changed, i didnt set any recovery or info to recover my account proper so i cant even do a recovery.

DISM also reports Error on Online file repair, so i think i should run the ISO for DISM / repair but will it change my monitor settings, logins of apps or any windows settings?

Please help me, and also windows defender had not reported any malware in the .exe file

Edit:
I opened DxDiag and it shows it has problems loading : DirectShow, systeminformation, DirectInput when it loaded up last time and asks whether to bypass it

    Hi, This is Ramesh.

    Please run rstrui.exe , which will launch the System Restore window. Choose a restore point (if one exists) that was created before the Windows Security issue was seen. Rollback to that point and see if that resolves the issue.

    Also, share your CBS logs for analysis. To collect the CBS logs, open admin PowerShell and run:

    Compress-Archive C:\Windows\Logs\CBS -f (join-path ([environment]::GetFolderPath('Desktop'))\CBS.zip)

    This creates a file named CBS.zip on your desktop. Share it on OneDrive or GoFile.io and post the link here.

    The component store corruption is way too much.

    I'd suggest a repair installation via Settings.

    Launch Settings > System > Recovery. Under "Fix problems using Windows Update", select Reinstall now.

    This does a repair installation, keeping your files, apps, and settings.

    Glad to help. Let me know how it went. If Windows Security is still inoperable after a repair installation, we'll have to investigate further.

    Why do you want to access the SecHealthUI folder?

    The extra disk space is consumed by the Windows.old folder. It will be auto-deleted after 10 days.

    Please post the full command-line you used. Chances are the folder you're trying to take ownership is currently in use (i.e., locked) by a process or service.
