wsreset.exe, and press Enter - Wait for Microsoft Store to open automatically
- If needed, go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Microsoft Store > Advanced options, then select Repair (or Reset if Repair doesn’t help)
3 - Clear stored sign‑in credentials
- Open Control Panel → Credential Manager
- Select Windows Credentials

- Restart the device so fresh credentials can be created automatically
