Did you got any error after first login?
Can you try booting into Safe Mode and revert back to normal mode, see if issue still persists.

If one of them isn't actuating properly, this would cause what you are describing.

2020-02-27T10:37:50.477+00:00 Clean boot and use another browser, then login again. Check your browser’s password save option, let browser keep your login state.
Also, you could go to Credential Manager, then add a record for the website manually
