Please make sure you are in a trusted zone (your browser) and that you are running as an Administrator. If not, most ribbon actions may become disabled.

Hi @Renjie Sun-MSFT ,

Thanks for your prompt response. We have newly done the SP 2019 Farm Setup. We can be able to see "New Web Application" button in Central Administration in IE browser if we logged in as Farm Account.

But if we open Central Administration as "Run as Administrator" and login as Farm Account in Edge Browser, "New Web Application" button is disabled.

We have already added the Central Administration URL in Trusted Zone. Still same issue in Edge Browser
In Control Panel -> checked under control panel user account control settings to be Never Notify. Still same issue in Edge Browser

Kindly help on this issue.

Hi @Suriya Sudalaiyandi ,

It is recommended that you log in to the CA using another machine, and then check that the feature on the bar is enabled.

We have tried as per the suggestion, still facing the same issue. But we can be able to see the New Web Application ribbon in CA in IE and Chrome Browser.

For SPSE, you also need to initiate Central Admin from the APP server's gear icon on the task bar.
