Not getting user detail for shared ipad device when check from portal

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Per my experience, it's expected behavior. In the Intune portal, it maps user account to devices by using the primary user.

To setup shared iPad, we should set User affinity to enroll without User affinity. So there is no primary user for shared iPad, and the login user will not be shown under the shared iPad in Intune portal.

The information provided by Simon Ren-MSFT is not accurate. I have a smal fleet of iPads all configured as shared devices, all with multiple users using it. All user profiles are visible in Intune for all devices except ... one.

Note that the users should show because it is the only way to remove multiple user profiles for iPads without using nuclear methods like "Wipe".
