Cannot create Teams and can't login to the admin console of teams

When i start the teams app is get only the help page.
I do not have the Create teams option in the app.

When i go to Manage option i get a login request. I login with my admin account and i keep redirecting to the login page.

I need to create Teams and channels and give other user permissions to create teams.

Where can i find this ?

    Hi JurgenDeBondt,
    You can click the three dots in the left side which can add more apps, including Teams, Files, Calls, Calendar, Chat, Activity etc. Then, you can pin the app to the left side. After that, you can click the Teams tab and create a team.
