that's a good question! CTRL-ALT-DELETE isn't working for the remote session. So that's not an option if you want to change the password there.
Instead, most of the times, you can use CTRL-ALT-END.
Another option is to open a cmd in the remote session and enter C:\Windows\explorer.exe shell:::{2559a1f2-21d7-11d4-bdaf-00c04f60b9f0}
