Hi, i passed the AZ-900 on 1/27/2024 but it won't give me the option to print the certificate. I can see that i passed but can't do anything else. Did i do something wrong?

Please navigate to your Certifications tab, click View certification details, then click Print button.

I have the same problem. When I want to print my certificate, after the PDF is created, the page shows a blue blank screen. I can download the PDF file, but when I open it, there's just a blue/blank background with no visible text. However, I can select and copy text from the PDF, which means the content is actually there but invisible. I've tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and different PDF viewers, but the issue persists. The certificate appears correctly on the Microsoft Learn website, but the downloaded PDF is unusable. Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution?

The Certifications tab has been relocated under Credentials. You can access your Certifications tab directly via the following link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials?tab=credentials-tab
Under each certification, select "View certification details," then click the Print button above your certificate. Choose "Save as PDF" and, under More settings, uncheck Headers and footers, etc. Pearson VUE Support:
