In the old version of Outlook I could add my signature block to a meeting invite by selecting insert/signature. I can't see where this option is in new Outlook. My impression is that Microsoft has arbitrarily removed this functionality.

    Hi @Gerry Pigney

The option to add signature to a Calendar invite in the new Outlook it doesn't seem feasible at the moment.

In addition, I have submitted this request on the official feedback portal. I will leave the link below so that you or others can also vote or comment there when they see this topic. Hopefully, Microsoft will take notice of this in the future.

    Hi Everyone,

I had the same issue and still can't figure out why MS would remove signatures from calendar invites.

I know this is not exactly what you are looking for, but I solved this by using the "My Templates" feature. I took my signature and saved it as a template that I call "Calendar Invite." This then allows me to add my signature to any calendar invite by inserting the template.

When I first started using this feature, I always started body of the calendar invited with the template as I thought it would replace any text already there. However, you are able to insert the template to the body of the invite at any point without losing the text you manually type out.

    Hope this helps!

Quick parts doesn’t work on an invitation response. However you can add your signature in the view templates icon on the far right of the toolbar in the invitation and then insert every time you want to add your signature
