Global Secure Access Private access, disconnections.

We have been using this for a couple of months without any issues.

Recently we are getting disconnections when using RDP, 4 to 5 times a day.

This started on the 29th May.

On the client we have an event:

Event ID 143 “Network connection to the Global Secure Access Edge could not be established with error: End of TCP stream”

In health check the only warning I see is for Cached token = No, how do I fix that?

I’ve updated both the servers and the clients with the latest versions.

    Hi Shweta,

    "Try to open the GSA client with different or logged in account does not have local admin on the machine."

    This would be why, thanks you.

    How can I trouble shoot the drops?
