frxsvc service transaction timeouts

We are seeing the following service timeout errors. When they start occurring it seems no users are able to login.

A timeout (120000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the frxsvc service.

The FSLogix event logs show these errors

WTSQueryUserToken (The system cannot find the file specified.)
OpenVirtualDisk (The chain of virtual hard disks is inaccessible. The process has not been granted access rights to the parent virtual hard disk for the differencing disk.)

It seems to have started after the November Microsoft updates. Anybody else having similar issues?

can you run below powershell command on issue session host server then look which update patches we installed recently ?
$QFE = Get-hotfix -computername $server | select-object -property Description,HotFixID,InstalledBy,InstalledOn | out-file c:\windows\temp\$server.txt
change $server to hostname

2.what's the deployment environment when we use fslogix ?in local rds environment or in azure wvd?

3.where do you store user profile? in azure storage or in azure file server ?

4.is this issue a random issue or persist issue ?

5.what's the fslogix version did you use ?

The latest updates are as follows. We are rolling out December updates this weekend to see if it makes a difference. If not, we are going to roll back the November updates and see if that helps although this is really frowned upon in my organization.

The environment is a local Citrix environment.

The user profile is stored on a local Windows file cluster.

The issue is random but it is consistent. For example, we have to take on average 5 servers offline a day with this issue.

We previously had version 2.9.7349.30108 installed but upgraded to the latest 2.9.7621.30127 version to see if that helped but it didn't fix it.

please check if there is potential issue in your environment about "Known issues in this update" in below link. meanwhile do you install KB4594441 on related servers?

Im also in a citrix environment were we are streaming a master vdisk with PVS.

My issue is also random but consistent. We have to take on average 2-3 servers offline a day with this issue from a pool of 20 servers.

Our FSLogix version is 3.25.626.21064.
