I tried creating an autodiscover.xml and .htaccess file to force autodiscover. IT DIDN'T WORK.

All SSL certificates and subdomains are correct. In fact, autodiscover was working correctly before I created it.

I found the problem after several hours.

Microsoft designed the new Outlook app to only work with "OAuth2," the authentication method that opens a second window for entering login information, similar to when you configure Gmail in Outlook.

In the case of services like cPanel, Hostinger, and some others, since they don't support OAuth2, Outlook will never work.

There's nothing wrong with these companies and services; the problem is that Microsoft created the tool with "closed security."

Ideally, until Microsoft decides otherwise, Outlook Classic will be the only option.
