In this location (Devices>Windows>"ComputerName">Applications ) I am getting this message: "Error loading your content."
Self-Diagnostics shows no errors.

Are you still experinecing this issue? I am successfully able to access the page you referenced above and all the Appliactions are loaded. Would you kindly confim is this is still happening, it might have been a network issue that caused the error.
This issue seems to have resolved itself as mysteriously as it showed up.
