Intune Android last check-in date in the past.

Hi All,

In Intune we have a number of devices whose last check-in date is no longer updated, which means that the devices are not complaint (last check-in was in 2024). Also specific APP's does not auto update anymore. How do we get the devices complaint again with the correct check-in date, so the APPS auto updates again? When i look in Default Device Compliance Policy, the device is not complaint on "Is Active". See screenshot.

We have already done the following:

  • Restart phone.
  • Synchronize Intune APP

Does anyone have a tip on how we can get this right again?
