Hi GiovanniCristini,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Advertising Community Forum! My name is JP and I will be assisting you with this query.
I understand that you would want to stop running a single product on your shopping campaign, that is currently consuming all your budget, to give way to your other products to serve and test their performance. For standard shopping campaign, this is possible by doing a proper segmentation on the "Product groups" tab.
Please follow the steps below to achieve this:
- Select the shopping campaign that you are working on.
- Then, select the Ad group.
- Once you have selected the ad group that you will be updating, please go to the Product groups tab.
- By default, you are bidding on "All products", but you can segment / group your products as well. Then, you can either bid on or exclude certain segments/groups. You can segment them by Product ID, Brand, Category, etc. To do this, just click the pencil icon next to the "All products". In your case, since you only want to exclude one product, I have 2 recommendations on how to achieve this:
- Segment your products by Product ID and select only the ID you want to exclude. This way, you will only have 2 groups under your all products: 1 product ID and the "Everything else under all products" sub-group. After this, you just need to exclude that 1 product and bid on everything else.
- Another option is to still segment the products per Product ID. Since you only have 28 products, selecting all 28 product IDs as your sub-segment would be great as well. Here, you can bid differently per product. You can also exclude any products any time. You can exclude a segment the same way how to set/change bid.
Note: If you are using an automated bid strategy, you cannot set a bid amount for any segments. Your only options are Automatic and Exclude.

Please let me know if you still have questions and I will be glad to assist you further.
