Microsoft Advertising Editor Tree View Disappeared

Hi, 

suddenly the tree view of the campaigns on the left side disappeared. I tried to find settings to change that but I didn't find any. I'm also not aware of changing anything anyways. So I guess this came with a new update?

Here you see what I mean. I cannot expand the campaigns or ad groups section anymore. This is so weird!

Anybody knows what/why that is?

I'm on version 11.28.7701 (19959)

    Hi Jsbrain,

    Thank you for contacting Microsoft Advertising support! I understand you’re experiencing issue with Microsoft Advertising Editor.

    From the screenshot you provided, the “tree view” column appears to be resized which is causing you not to see the data in this field. To resolve this issue, please hover over the line separating the “Campaign” and “Manage” sections. Your cursor should change into a vertical bar with two arrows. Click the line and attempt to resize the column until the campaigns show.

    If the issue persists, I would also suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the program. If you’re still experiencing the issue after trying the troubleshooting steps listed about, I would be more than happy to send this issue up for review.
