    Hi Vahid,

    I didn't receive a private message. This is urgent as we have created a new account but our verification got rejected despite providing official documents. The system is telling me I only have two trials. Also for UAE it's hard to arrange a call as you don't have local representation. I tried through UK but first availability is very far. SHould I share the account number on this thread? It would be better to arrange a call.
