can I zip code target by entering a list of zip codes, or do I need to use the editor and the special bing labels?

I do not use bingads because, in the past, wasting my time to take my zip code list, mATCH THE LIST TO BING SPECIAL LABELS FOR ZIP CODES AND THEN USE THEIR EDITOR to upload the codes, ETC

iN OTHER WORDS, Bing WASTED MY TIME UNLIKE GOOGLE OR FACEBOOK which simply allows pasting a list of zip codes into a text field.

Has Microsoft fixed this yet or do they still want me to waste my time to compensate for their junior-level software developers? (I need to update my zip codes weekly and that is why I cannot waste time week after week on their system).

    Hi LarryKlein,  I hope you are doing well!As of right now, you would still need to use the labels for Microsoft Advertising Editor.
