Surface Duo Black Screen Issue

I've bought the Surface Duo (1st Gen) a month ago and upgraded it to Android 12. Then the left side screen turns to black. The screen seems still working as I can touch and move the objects left to right and right to left. However the screen is just in black.

I've tried to reboot the device and even reset to factory setting but nothing can be fixed.

I searched around and just see many people said it was the bug from Microsoft update in Apr21 but I've just bought in a month ago and I've got the latest updates already.

Anyone knows how can I fix it this issue?

    Hi Priscilla Fung,

We recommend checking on your replacement options.

    1. Go to Device Services and sign in with your Microsoft account.

    4. Select Start Order and follow the instructions to complete the submission process.
