I have the same issue - My Surface Duo 2 is cracked.

    Depending on your location, but most times, if you go back to your place of purchase, they can submit a warranty claim and you can pay for the physical damage repairs.

    I actually bought it in Europe and am now in the US. But what I want is an authorized repair firm in the US. And when i filled a service report on Microsoft site, it gets nowhere.

    I don't care for warranty. Just want to fix it.

    2. Select Devices
    3. Select "Get Home Support"
    4. Click: Don't want to use the Get Help app?
      Get support in your browser
    5. Type out "Surface Duo"
    6. Press get help
    7. On the bottom click "contact support" or "sign in to contact support"
    8. From the drop lists select the items that apply and then you get a list of available options to get a support agent to contact you depending on your selected issue
