Hello,
Are you attempting to change phone user accounts on the device or simply switching user accounts in the Gsuite app?

CEO of our company went out and bought a new Duo and is trying to add multiple Gsuite user accounts for email. He gets a message that only one Managed account is allowed. I've not seen his process or the message verbatim, but seems straight forward. Is this a device limitation? He can configure multiple accounts on his old S10. I can also on my S9. Any input would be helpful

Hello,
Are you attempting to change phone user accounts on the device or simply switching user accounts in the Gsuite app?
This is a new out of the box Surface Duo. Simply trying to add a few accounts from gsuite. There are 2 user accounts in one Gsuite and 1 more user account in another Gsuite. So for Clarity
Company XYZ has Gsuite for their domain. There are two users in company XYZ's Gsuite we are trying to add.
Company ABC has Gsuite for their domain. There is one user in company ABC's Gsuite we are trying to add.
This is simply so we can get the email coming to these user accounts. The new Surface Duo is allowing only one managed account. Whereas on our Samsung S9 and S10 we can add multiple accounts. Is this a device limitation?
Hello,
You should be able to add as many Gmail accounts as you need to. As for managed user accounts for the device or Google Work profiles the device allows one.
Thank you,
OK for clarity are you saying he will only be able to add one Gsuite user account for email (gmail)? Is that what you are referring to as a "Google Work Profile"?
You can add as many Gmail email accounts as you need to in the app settings for the Gmail App. I currently have 3 in mine. If the device is set up with a Google Work profile the apps will be split in to a personal app and a work app. These apps will have different abilities based on the set up of the Google work profile.
