DId anyone else experience random shutdowns and/or reboots not coming up again after the update may 30 2023? Display showing the option of retrying oder factory reset.

Saw also some postings on reddit regarding this new issue.

    Thank you for your patience while we have investigated Surface Duo devices that would restart after the May 30th, 2023 update. The June 26th, 2023 update improves system stability. See Update Surface Duo for more info on how to update your Surface Duo or Surface Duo 2.

    Getting same error in Surface Duo after latest update. Have had several restarts already. Latest update broke something.

    Just turn off the Wifi

    there is a bug, use data and wait for an update

    Settings -> System -> Reset Options -> Reset WiFi, mobile & Bluetooth

    Worked on my Duo2 - the wife's Duo1 and solved the issue for both.

    It's been mentioned to turn off vpn's as this seems to be directly related to the reboot crash.

    Seems to fix the issue - not my discovery just moving it along from Reddit to here.

    Done that this afternoon. Worked for some hours. Now had two shut downs in a row. Hsppend after digital wellbeing switched to night mode and I paused it for 30 min snd additional turned die n notifications again. After that the OS crashed twice. Now I stay in night mode and no notifications and all up and running. For noe...
