Surface Earbuds Show Multiple Devices Paired That Are Not My Devices

So I went into the Surface App on my Laptop Studio 2 to check for firmware on my Surface Earbuds and it shows two iPhones and a Galaxy S21 paired to them and I've never known either of those phones.

I bought these "new" on Amazon some time back but is there a chance these were used and never unpaired from these devices?

    Hello, Brian Wolters1.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community!

I've noticed that the Surface Earbuds you purchased are currently showing some devices that have been paired with them other than expected.

To clear these devices, we can try to reset the Surface Earbuds:

When you reset your Surface Earbuds to the default factory settings, any pairing information, equalizer adjustments, and language settings are removed. Your earbuds will go back to the original factory settings and you'll need to****set up your Surface Earbuds again.

If your earbuds aren’t connecting, put them back in the charging case for at least 15 seconds, and then take them out to reconnect. If that doesn’t fix the problem, continue and reset them.

Press and hold the Pair button on the bottom of the charging case for 20 seconds. The light on the case will alternate between flashing white and red. Afterwards, the light will continuously flash white when your earbuds are in pairing mode.

After you reset your earbuds, you’ll need to set them up again. To learn how to set up your earbuds, see Set up Surface Earbuds.

I wish you all the best.

    Best Regards.
