Surface Duo touch screen not work, please give some advice

the touch screen not work, reset the machine and also not work.

now stay on this page, cannot continue. please give some advice, any other I can try.

    We recommend requesting a repair or replacement for your device.

    Note: Your device must be registered under your Microsoft account to submit a repair request.

    1. Go to Device Services and sign in with your Microsoft account.
    2. Select the device you want to submit a service request on.
    3. Click 'Info & Support
    4. Select Start a Service Order and follow the instructions to complete the submission process.
