In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:
- What is the Windows 10 Version and Build installed? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
- Do you have any non-Microsoft Antivirus/security program installed?
- Did you try downloading in a New in-private window?
- Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?
Let us try few steps.
Step 1: Disable Ipv6
Select the Start Menu button, and then select Settings>Network & Internet> click on Wi-Fi from left pane, and click on Change adapter optionsfrom right pane > Right click on the network you are using and select Properties > uncheck the box beside Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and click OK
Step 2: Check DNS Settings
- Click on Search, type CMD, Run Command Prompt as Administrator.
- In the Command Prompt window, typeipconfig /flushdns
- Press Enter.
I would also suggest you to change the DNS and check if webpages load.
1. Press Windows logo key + R, to open Run dialog box.
2. Type ncpa.cpl and click on OK.
3. Now, right click on the connection that you are using and click on Properties.
4. Double click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).
5. Click on Use the following DNS server addresses, and enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
Step 3: Remove Proxy server.
1. Press Windows + R key to open Run command
2. Type inetcpl.cpl and click OK
3. Now select Connection Tab.
4. Click on LAN Settings and uncheck the box beside “Use a proxy server for your LAN”
