What should I do if tabs open when I don't want them to or when I'm not even on the site?

This stupid browser keeps opening up new tabs when I don't want them to and makes me go to that page it is getting me really annoyed how can i stop this it teleports me to that tab that it opens when it isn't my decision when im working on something it takes me to this browser.
