DISABLE DEVELOPER TOOL ON MICROSOFT EDGE BROWSER PERMENANTLY

I have some hardware issue with wiring(not keyboard) in laptop due to which developer tool keeps toggling in all browser , it disabled in IE , but since IE no longer works for majority websites , wanted to disable developer tool for MICROSOFT EDGE from SYSTEM
