Hi. I have the same problem. I can easily download a pdf file on my iPad in Safari. But there is just no option on edge. All it does is maybe save some random 6kb file when I hit the three dots and then the box with the arrow.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I just upgraded my phone from the iPhone X to the IPhone 11 Pro Max. On my old phone, while viewing a website, i could click on the share button at the bottom of the Edge App, and at the top of the screen it would show the web sites name, and then have an “options” link, which would give you a choice of sending the web page in its “Automatically” format, or you can change it to pdf, so you can either send it to someone else or save it in your files as a pdf. Once i upgraded phones, i no longer have this option; however, on the new phone, I’ve got the otion in the default browser app, Safari. Does anyone know why i dont have that option in Edge?

You must have the pdf app on the iPhone.
Then you just press "share file through" and on the app list, you select pdf...
It's done!
I just discovered that you can create a PDF by tapping the export button, then clicking “markup”. Afterwards, you can save the PDF file to any app.
