Does Microsoft's Segoe UI font family support other platforms like iOS, Android, Linux, etc. when viewed on a website?

I need answers!

I wanted to use the Microsoft Segoe UI font family for my website. When I tested my website, the font worked really well! (only on Windows). When I published my website and used my iPhone to view the website. The Segoe UI font disappeared and was replaced with the Times New Roman font. The weird point is that when I went to microsoft.com on my iPhone, I saw the Segoe UI font on the webpage. I started asking why microsoft.com had the font on my phone and why I didn't but I found no solution. If Microsoft wanted to keep the Segoe UI font family to their own use for HTML and CSS, that's totally understandable. However, the font looks amazing and I just can't resist using a different font from Google Fonts. I know my content may be misleading but, I just hope that the Segoe UI font can appear on my iPhone like when microsoft.com shows it right in front of my face.

Examples:

Here's an example of what lines of code I used to import the Segoe UI fonts into my website:

h1 { font-family: "Segoe UI"; font-size: 50px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 100; line-height: 33px; }

Notice: It was used in a .css file. If I did something wrong that doesn't allow the font to display on my iPhone then an answer would be greatly appreciated.

Summary:

In conclusion, I just want to say that I wanted the font so bad that I had to make a discussion about this. I'm a 12-year-old boy who is still learning about web development. I do not live in an English-speaking country, so expect some English mistakes. Also, I didn't know what category to choose so I just chose the most relevant (to me).

    As a 12-year-old kid and as I live in Vietnam, my SIM card is out of money. In Vietnam, we have to charge an amount of money for our SIMs to make phone calls or to text. I can’t make phone calls right now because I have no money to call ☹️. I want to know if there’s another to contact like on Messenger, Microsoft Kaizala, etc. By the way, thank you for your reply.
