OneTab - all of my saved tabs have disappeared

Hi: I've been using OneTab (extension) for about a year to save & organize articles, etc. Earlier this year I switched to Microsoft Edge from Firefox and successfully imported all of my saved tabs from Firefox to Edge. Yesterday (Sept. 18), I accidentally removed OneTab from Edge. I downloaded OneTab again but all of my tabs (about 8,000) have disappeared. I created a restore point to the day before (Sept. 17) but this has not helped. (OneTab has no available support and has not responded to past inquiries.) Does anyone have suggestions about how I can retrieve my missing tabs? OS is Windows 8.1; www.one-tab.com. Thanks!
