Turkish letters disappear when editing in Microsoft edge

I am a teacher and edge is my favorite pdf editor, but I'm having a big problem typing Turkish characters. I know that Edge supports Turkish language, however when I type a Turkish letter (such as ş,ğ,ı) and click somewhere after typing, the letters disappear. I added Turkish in the language settings and restarted the program, but nothing changed. I am using Version 106.0.1370.37 from Macbook M1 and I also have the same problem when logging in from windows computer. I need to solve this problem asap
