PlayReady DRM and Widevine DRM conflict on Edge at Netflix

Here is the fact. If PR DRM set to enabled, there would be an error code d7353-5102-6. I can stream netflix videos only when Widevine DRM set to enabled and PlayReady DRM to disabled.

However, turning off PR DRM restricts resolution to 720p and bitrate at slow speed. Is there any solution to this issue?

OS: win11 22000.184

Edge: 94.0.992.14

All drivers updated, as well as system updates.

(In addtion: It seems that HEVC from manufacturer extension installed on my device is facing capacity issues on Edge, which I believe might have influence on above issue.)

Hi, my name is Anderson Souza, I hope I can help you with your issue.

As you well know, Windows 11 is still in the testing phase and that's why several errors can occur.

As a member of the Insider Program I recommend that you use the Feedback Hub to report the error found or even check if other members of the program have already encountered a similar problem.

If you need to get better acquainted with the Feedback Hub tool, I recommend reading the article below:
