Are you referring to the issue where after signing into your Microsoft account on PC Edge, the same account on the Android version of Edge was forcibly logged out? We are unable to reproduce your problem. For Edge on Android, you could try reinstalling Edge to see if the problem persists. You can also check if the Canary version of Edge has the same issue. If the problem still exists, we recommend that you use the in-app feedback feature to report it.
If you are referring to the Rewards points issue mentioned in your other post please know that your current question about Microsoft Rewards (formerly known as Bing Rewards) is beyond the scope of the Community's support, as it requires Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to be properly supported, and as this Microsoft Community is a public forum, please do not provide or use PII here, in order to protect your privacy and security. The official Microsoft Rewards FAQ can be found here. If the FAQ does not resolve your issue, you can create a support ticket with the Microsoft Rewards team by visiting Rewards support (bing.com) . When submitting a ticket, please make sure you are logged in with the account you need support for((unless your account is no longer available, consider switching to a different account) )and provide as much information as possible to submit the issue, then please be patient after submitting as this is a very small team so there are a lot of users in the queue.
