Thank you for your feedback. From what I understand, you are experiencing an issue with activating the system.
There are three situations in which the system cannot be activated:
- OEM whole machine: These devices come with built-in authorization and will activate automatically. If you suddenly lose the authorization, please contact the technical support of your computer brand.
- Previously, through Microsoft's activities, you upgraded from a lower version of the system to Windows 10. In this case, your authorization will be tied to your Microsoft account used to log in to Windows. Please make sure you have logged into that Microsoft account, then go to Start - Settings - System - Activation - Troubleshoot, and follow the prompts to complete the activation.
- If you have assembled a brand new computer, you will need to purchase the corresponding version of authorization through our Microsoft Store and activate your product.
