Hi James Earl3
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Based on your description, I understand that your piso wifi page is constantly refreshing and I know exactly how you feel!
If you can provide a picture or video of the problem at your convenience, thank you very much. That way I can get a better understanding of your current situation.
But before that, let me explain that although the page that Piso Wifi opens should be the local admin configuration page, assuming that the server used is the one provided by the Piso website, we can't solve the problem locally at this point.
And the page keeps refreshing very much like it is constantly sending requests to the server, but since there has been no response from the server, it leads to constant requests and eventually the page keeps refreshing.
If this is the case, we can only check Piso's official website to see if there are any announcements related to server maintenance or stoppage, or contact Piso's relevant phone number or website to ask if the server is currently in an abnormal operation state.
Before implementing the following recommendations, please make sure that you do not have any plug-ins turned on to avoid interference from plug-ins.
Apart from that, we can also troubleshoot by following several suggestions.
(1) Let's try clearing the browser cache to see if it is possible that the page is not loading properly due to browser cache interference.
Open Edge Browser -> Click “...” button in the upper right corner button -> “Settings” -> Select “Cookies and site permissions” -> “Manage and delete cookies and site data” -> “See all cookies and site data” -> “Remove all” on the left sidebar.
Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.
(2) Try to open the same website domain with different browsers to see if it can be opened normally.
Please note: Edge and Chrome use the same kernel, so I recommend you try a browser with a different kernel, such as Firefox etc.
(3) Please try to restart the Wifi router to see if the connection problem can be solved.
(4) You can try to open the website in privacy mode to see if you can access it normally.
Open Edge browser -> Click “...” in the upper right corner. button -> select “New InPrivate Window”
(5) Please try to create a new account profile to see if you can access Piso Wifi normally.
Open Edge browser -> click on your profile -> select “Set up new personal profile”.
I sincerely hope that the above solution will solve your problem. Please feel free to contact me if you have any problems or still can't solve them. (Photos related to the question would be great!).
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Best Regards
