We tested the situation you described on the 8Gen1+ phone and could not reproduce your problem. If convenient, please uninstall Edge and reinstall it (it would be best to switch to another version such as the Beta version, which can be found in the Google Store) to see if the problem still occurs (it is best to restart the phone and not use other apps). If the problem still persists, you need to report the issue to the developers through Edge’s feedback function and wait for them to fix the problem.
