Only the “read on app” option is available on my mobile browser for msn.com. Why did the “expand article “ option disappear?

    Hello Matt M5

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

It sounds like your msn.com interface has changed. Some keys disappeared. Maybe the design has been revised.

Since this forum focuses on providing solutions to common user usage problems. The problem with msn.com goes beyond support.

    I recommend you provide feedback.

In the upper right corner of MSN.com. Click the Settings button. Then click Feedback.

If there is anything not clear or I can't understand your problem, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Best Regards

I did post feedback on that manner. What’s most important is that I get a reply. Will they reply to the feedback? Usually feedback isn’t something that gets a reply. If not, do you know who contact to get a reply?

After quite a few tries, I have found a solution that is working (for the moment). In iPhone settings, select Safari, go down to clear history and website data, select and clear all history. Then, go to advanced and select block all cookies. This fixed the problem for me. The expand article button now shows up for each article

I had my handle banned for not following community guide lines, now when simply trying to read articles on the same device, i have to clear my browser history each time i want to expand an article or use a VPN. All other devices i did not use the same account to comment on work just fine. This is a targeted effort by MSN to control the way people who disagree with their view point can access their and read their articles. Be very sure it is very deliberate.
