I understand you are no longer able to see the print option in the Microsoft Edge app. I too can no longer see this in my app. It could be a change brought by the update or a bug that's causing the issue. In this case, it would be best to submit feedback to report this. To send feedback from the app, tap on the settings or 3 horizontal line then tap on the send feedback icon.
