How can I print packing slip or shipping label from eBay website using edge browser on iPad?
It used to work just like safari, but now when navigating through eBay site to print either…it acts like the document type isn’t supported?

Please provide some more details to help to identify what is causing the problem. Which is the full model of your printer?
Also, attach a screenshot of the error message that you are receiving when try to print.

It’s not a printer issue, since it never gets that far…it’s something that eBay did differently when they changed how packing slips were generated this summer…and ever since then, it doesn’t work. But my printer is HP1525nw
I’ll attach the picture of my screen error…I’ve also attached a screen shot from the Firefox app, only so you can see what is supposed to be in the spot with current error message. But print doesn’t work on Firefox either, it prints THE ENTIRE PAGE and not the isolated document in that space.
Looks like it isn’t handling the pdf that USED to appear in the spot where you see the message. I really need to get this working, so hope you can help. Thanks

You can try to check if you are able to pint opening the website in desktop mode.
1-On the page tap on the three dots(...) at bottom
2-Then tap on "View desktop site" and check if the print preview is shown and you can print
If the problem persists, it could be an incompatibility between the technology used by eBay and Microsoft Edge or mobile browsers. Another option that you can try is to post your problem in the eBay community and check if there are any other users with the same problem that was able to fix it. You can find the eBay community at this link.

No, switching to desktop mode doesn’t help…it’s an incompatibility with your app and eBay’s newest implementation. It always worked before, so from something they changed now your app is lacking…
eBay is not going to change their site for browser? They sent me to you…
That’s why I’m asking about fixes to the app to allow the PDF of packing slip (or shipping label) to once again be viewed and then printed through your Edge browser.
Hope this change/fix can be considered.
