For the last couple of days, the live links on MSN.com’s news main page feed rotating banner have not been working.on my iPad. I tried every browser I have Safari, Chrome, Duck. My IOS is up to date. I cleared cookies and browser history and they still don’t work. Tested using my husband’s iPad. They don’t work either.

    Hello Lucinda Van.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Regarding to your information I assume that you can't use news live links on rotating banner aren’t working.

It seems that a lot of users have the same problem as you and according to your and your husband's test, it all can't work.

Thank you for the reply. I would like to report this issue to Microsoft Tech team as it is still a problem for me and many others but am not finding the option to do so. Could you please provide me a link to submit a trouble ticket?

    Thanks.
