Hi Welcome to Microsoft community. If you're having trouble viewing your comment history on Microsoft News when accessing your profile, and you're using Edge on macOS, here are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

    1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:
      • Sometimes, stored cache and cookies can cause issues with website functionalities. Go to Edge settings by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner, select "Privacy, search, and services," scroll down to "Clear browsing data," and choose "Choose what to clear." It's recommended to select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data," then click "Clear now."
      • Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.
    2. Update Microsoft Edge:
      • Ensure your Microsoft Edge browser is up to date. Go to Edge settings by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner, select "Help and feedback," and then "About Microsoft Edge." The browser will automatically check for updates. If there's an update available, let it install and then restart Edge.
    3. Disable Extensions:
      • Sometimes, browser extensions can interfere with website functionalities. Try disabling them to see if it resolves the issue. Go to Edge settings, select "Extensions," and disable them one by one to test if any are causing the problem.
    4. Try Incognito Mode:
      • Open an Incognito window in Edge by pressing Command + Shift + N  and try accessing your Microsoft News profile to view your comment history. If it works in Incognito mode, the issue might be related to cache/cookies or extensions.
    5. Check with Another Browser:
      • To rule out the possibility of the issue being specific to Microsoft Edge, try accessing your Microsoft News profile using a different browser on your macOS, such as Safari or Chrome.
    6. Microsoft Account Sign-in:
      • Ensure you're signed into the correct Microsoft account. Sometimes, being signed into a different account can cause confusion and access issues.
    7. Contact Microsoft Support:
      • If none of the above solutions work, there might be an issue with Microsoft News itself or your account. Consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for assistance.

Website functionalities can sometimes be affected by updates or changes on the server side, so if this is a recent issue, it might also be worth waiting a bit to see if it resolves on its own.Let me know if you need further assistance.Best regardsDerrick Qian | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
