For this, you should check with other iOS users within your company if they are experiencing the same thing and also to report this to the IT support of the company that you work for so that they can check on their end if there is a conflict within their managing platform or MDM that is causing this issue. I have also checked this on my end with a personal iOS device running on version 17.0.3 and with Edge version 118.0.2088.60 and have not experienced any crashing.
