May I ask what you mean by "not working"? Do you mean that the Bing search engine is failing to return correct search results, or is it that you are unable to complete the Bing search tasks in Rewards (thereby earning Rewards points)?
If it's an issue with Rewards points, it might indicate an account status problem with your account. In that case, you could try downloading the Canary edition of Edge from the Google Store to test whether the current browser version is preventing you from earning points. If that still doesn't work, since this involves your account specifically, please visit this website and fill out the form to contact Rewards support for further assistance.

When submitting a ticket, please make sure you are logged in with the account you need support for((unless your account is no longer available, consider switching to a different account) )and provide as much information as possible to submit the issue, then please be patient after submitting as this is a very small team so there are a lot of users in the queue.
If the issue is that you're not receiving correct search results, could you let us know if there is any error code? Also, try clearing Bing's cookies and logging into your account again.
